A cleanroom with restricted space – this was the given environment for Sartorius’ special project for drying capsules sealed in plastic bags. Such capsules are used for filtration in the pharmaceutical industry. After hot vapour is passed through the packages for sterilization, minute droplets remain on the interior bag walls.
