Regina Mader has been a member of the Harter team since 2010. Initially, work with Harter was part of her integrated degree program, in Germany called ‘dual study program’, in ‘Business Administration – International Business’. In her practical studies she acquired commercial skills in sales and marketing as well as knowledge of the tasks involved in engineering project management and our test centre. Organizing and following-up series of tests conducted on products of all commercial sectors has long been part of her assignment in the sales office. Harter’s in-house pilot test station is vital in realizing drying projects successfully.
Drawing on a keen engineering sense Regina Mader was also involved in major development projects, such as dryers for the pharmaceutical industry, belt dryers for food or series production dryers for the watchmaking industry. Also, being the right-hand person to owner and Director Reinhold Specht she gained deeper and deeper insight into the management of the company and the planning for the future. As of 1 January 2021 she is Director responsible for the management and advancement of the company by the side of Reinhold Specht.
