Preferably, organically and regionally produced raw materials are used, such as hand-scythed alpine hay, lavender, rose petals, peppermint, wool, moss, and now also apple pomace from the Bramberg fruit press with Tauriska, dried using Harter technology. The operators of the Bramberg fruit press have now created two unique products \u2013 the apple pomace powder as a foodstuff and then as a natural surface in living spaces.
