An Airgenex<g id=\"gid_0\">\u00ae<\/g> condensation drying system has now been integrated into a new system, which meets the manufacturer&#8217;s requirement of a residual moisture content per pouch <x id=\"gid_1\"><\/x> of 150 mg of water. The stand-up pouches with the dimensions of L x W x D 140 x 93 x 15 mm have a content of approximately 100 g. The fully automatic, robot-controlled system has a throughput of 700 pouches per minute.<br \/>\nThe robots grip the stand-up pouches from their trays and place them individually in rows of 8 pieces on a belt, which in turn travels through the installed drying tunnel. There, the stand-up pouches are completely and safely dried in a cycle time of approx. 9.3 seconds. The drying temperature is 45\u00b0C.
