At 70\u00b0C and after only 8.5 minutes, the components, some with complex geometries, are completely dry. The 10-minute cycle time was thus fully adhered to.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Drying of Aluminum Parts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After pre-treatment, a wide variety of aluminum parts for the automotive industry are dried in a rack dryer at approximately 70\u00b0C. The cycle time is confidential. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Drying of Sludges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After several tests with other sludge dryers, the plant manager of an electroplating company was dissatisfied: &#8220;Too much manpower, too much dust, too much exhaust air!&#8221; The Harter sludge dryer delivered the desired results in terms of handling, drying, and energy saving. The ROI analysis showed a payback period of 2.4 years. Now, the first two M 5 sludge dryers, processing 3 tons of sludge per working day, are operational in Poland.
