Regina Mader Appointed as New Managing Director

Regina Mader has been with Harter since 2010 and completed a dual study program in “Business Administration – International Business” in the first years of her employment. During the practical phases, she acquired not only commercial skills in sales and marketing, but also knowledge of the tasks in technical project management and in the experimental laboratory. For many years, the organization and support of test series with products from all industries was part of her diverse range of tasks in sales administration. The in-house technical center at drying systems manufacturer Harter plays an extremely important role in the successful implementation of the respective drying projects.

With her pronounced technical expertise, Regina Mader was also always involved in major development projects such as pharmaceutical dryers, belt dryers for food or series dryers for the watch industry. At the same time, as the right hand of the managing partner Reinhold Specht, she gained ever deeper insight into the company management and future planning.

Since January 1, 2021, she has been responsible, alongside Reinhold Specht as Managing Director, for the management and further development of the company.
