No more Spots During Drying

Faucet manufacturer Hansa replaced its previous hot air dryers with a new drying technology for its decorative and demanding products. Today, in 3 rack dryers with special circulation fans, the components are gently, spot-free, and completely dried at 70°C within the cycle time. Thanks to automatic lid systems, insulation, the utilization of existing hot water, and the heat pump technology integrated into the dryer, the system operates very energy-efficiently. The nominal power of the entire system in production is approximately 29 kW.
