For particularly complex components or short cycle times, it is advisable to use a blow-off system as a preliminary stage or supplement to drying. For example, with coated metal parts having cycle times of 10 minutes or more, specially developed blow-off nozzles are used, which are integrated into the dryer. Refined plastic parts, on the other hand, with sometimes extremely short cycle times, are usually blown off in a separate station, then transferred to the dryer and dried spot-free there. Special fans ensure the perfect air knife.
