Good Sound Needs Reliable Drying

Plastic covers for car speakers must be dried after rinsing. A manufacturer of coated plastic components wanted to reduce its energy costs while increasing its qualitative results. Condensation drying with a heat pump offered the best solution here. Today, 3 Harter rack dryers and 1 compressed air-free blow-off station replace the previous 10 drying stations. The parts are completely dried at below 65 °C within 11 minutes. The power consumption for the drying system has been reduced from 200 kW to 42 kW.
