Government-subsidized Heat Pump Drying.
are You Already Drying, or are You Still Heating?
Do you want to improve your energy balance? And also your process and the quality of your product? Airgenex® heat pump paint drying makes this possible. Airgenex® is a highly efficient drying technology. Its alternative physical approach enables it to combine diverse qualities such as low temperatures, minimal energy consumption, and high process reliability. Our dryers dehumidify within a defined temperature range of 20 to 75 °C. This is achieved using extremely dry process air and individually adapted airflow. This allows operators to achieve high-quality drying results. Thus, painted surfaces dry homogeneously from the inside out. Cracks and craters are a thing of the past. The heat pump technology integrated into every dryer ensures maximum efficiency in the dehumidification process. Drying always takes place in an aerodynamically and energetically closed system and is therefore completely climate-independent. Harter heat pump dryers were already classified as a future-proof technology in 2017. Thus, customers can benefit from government subsidies. The same applies to pre-dewatered sludges, which still contain 60 – 70% water after pressing. Through energy-saving drying, operators can save 60 – 70% of their disposal and energy costs. Drying can also enable recycling. Heat pump drying offers significant potential in many respects.
