After pre-dewatering, your sludge still contains between 60 and 75 percent water. Most of the disposal costs are therefore simply spent on water. The ideal type of system for you depends on several factors: the type of pre-dewatering, the amount of sludge produced, and your space conditions.
The Drymex® heat pump module of our sludge dryers provides the necessary process air and is also responsible for the condensation process. We work with extremely dry and thus unsaturated air, guiding it homogeneously through the sludge.
