Through targeted airflow and adapted air distribution, all surfaces and intermediate spaces on the rack are dried uniformly – regardless of part geometry and arrangement. The result: spot-free, immediately processable surfaces without residues.
Condensation drying with Airgenex® significantly shortens drying times compared to conventional methods. This allows for optimizing throughput times and making production processes more efficient – with clear advantages for capacity utilization and economic efficiency.
Whether small batches or fully loaded racks: The closed drying system guarantees constant conditions and reproducible results – regardless of room climate or load quantity.

Rack-mounted goods are often subjected to repeated stress – be it through cleaning processes, coatings, or drying. Low-temperature drying between 30°C and 75°C permanently protects material and surfaces and reduces wear.

Drying Systems for Rack-Mounted Goods

For rack-mounted goods, HARTER relies on flexible drying systems such as continuous dryers, tunnel dryers, or special systems with automated loading. The combination of heat pump technology, precise airflow, and closed process air ensures uniform results – even with complex geometries or high packing density.

The Process

We dry with dry air and deliver it to the right places: A perfect interplay of air preparation and air guidance provides you with the best possible drying result.

Interface: Airgenex® Dehumidification Technology / Dryer – Moist air is extracted from the drying chamber and supplied to the dehumidification unit.

The pre-cooler pre-cools the air in a first stage. This significantly reduces the compressor’s energy consumption.

Moisture condenses on the fins of the air cooler and drains out of the drying system via the drip tray and condensate drain.

The cooled, dehumidified air is warmed up without additional energy by means of a pre-heater.
The air heater warms the air to the required process temperature.

The process air fan ensures the necessary air exchange between the Airgenex® dehumidification technology and the drying chamber.

Now, the dry, unsaturated air is guided into the drying chamber, where it absorbs the product’s moisture. Thus, the cycle is closed.
