Fill Sludge Dust-Free

In certain applications, the question arises as to how the sludge can be ideally emptied and prepared for transport after drying. Harter offers a new overall concept for this purpose: The drying container is installed under the chamber filter press. After pressing, the sludge is emptied into the container below. The associated lid opens and closes for this purpose. In the air-technically closed system, the sludge is then brought to a dry matter content of 80 – 90 %. Weight and volume are reduced by up to 60 % depending on the type of sludge. The Drymex^® dehumidification module, which provides the required process air, is necessary for the drying process. The dry sludge is then transported via a screw conveyor to the filling station and the big bag there is filled. The whole process is fully automatic. A dust-free and therefore completely clean solution.
