HARTER is a Supporter of the Alliance for Development and Climate
As a member of the “Bündnis klimaneutrales Allgäu 2030” (Alliance for a Climate-Neutral Allgäu 2030), we are now also a supporter of the “Alliance for Development and Climate”, an initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Together with over 500 other supporters – large and small companies, associations, authorities, universities, project developers, compensation providers and civil society – we want to contribute to climate protection and the achievement of the goals of Agenda 2030, the global sustainability agenda, by avoiding, reducing and compensating CO2.
The members of the “Bündnis klimaneutrales Allgäu 2030” (Alliance for a Climate-Neutral Allgäu 2030) founded by the Energie- und Umweltzentrum Allgäu eza (Energy and Environment Centre Allgäu) have committed themselves to becoming climate-neutral step by step by 2030 at the latest. The focus here is initially on reducing CO2 emissions through greater energy efficiency and the increased use of renewable energies.
With our integrated heat pump technology, our drying systems have long contributed to energy and CO2 savings. In this respect, the goals of the “Bündnis klimaneutrales Allgäu 2030” (Alliance for a Climate-Neutral Allgäu 2030) and the “Alliance for Development and Climate” correspond to our corporate philosophy, and our support here is only logical.
