Save Energy in Paint Drying: Heat Pump Dryer Excels in Efficiency, Quality, and Funding
In drying, paint users have significant potential to save valuable resources – in the form of electricity or gas, time and cycle time, rejects and rework, heat, and exhaust air. The plant manufacturer Harter develops heat pump-based condensation dryers. This type of drying employs a physically alternative approach, as it dehumidifies with extremely dry and unsaturated air.
Within the closed-loop air system, both coated and cleaned as well as painted surfaces are dried homogeneously, safely, and energy-efficiently. Drying takes place in a variable temperature range from 20 to 90 °C, depending on the component and process.
