Spotless Drying with CO2-Efficient Technology

For the highly specialized contract electroplating company “Schneider Galvano” in Switzerland, it was crucial to have a process capable of drying at low temperatures. In this specific case, the drying temperature is 60 °C. Within a cycle time of 15 minutes, all parts, regardless of their size and geometry, are dried completely, reliably, and spot-free. The rack dryer is equipped with 4 fans that generate an air volume of 24,000 m³/h. Additionally, the dryer features an automatic lid system that retains valuable heat within the system. The nominal power of the dryer during production operation is 6.8 kW.
