You define the cycle and pace: belt speed and dwell time are adjusted to be product- and process-specific. This ensures stable quality with high output – from second cycles to longer process times.
The dry process air is directed to where moisture escapes – across the entire bandwidth and filling height. The result is uniform drying without over- or under-drying, even with demanding materials.
The movement of the belt supports rapid, uniform drying. For very high throughputs, air volumes, temperature zones and belt structure are scaled – economically and with process reliability.
Airgenex® operates in an air-technically closed system with a heat pump. Climatic influences from outside have virtually no effect; temperature and humidity are controlled – for reproducible results and low operating costs.
If required, drop stages and mechanical processing loosen the bulk material. This increases the effective surface area, the air penetrates the material better and the drying times are shortened.

Special blow-off strips remove coarse water before or during the drying process – without compressed air. This reduces energy consumption and residual moisture at the start of drying and improves the overall efficiency of the line.

On request, a cooling section can be attached directly. Your products reach the defined final temperature, the waiting time until packaging is reduced and additional system area is eliminated.

In drying tests, we determine belt length, speed, air flow, filling height and, if necessary, drop stages. The parameters obtained form the basis for your resilient series design – precisely tailored to the product and process.

The Process

We dry with dry air and deliver it to the right places: A perfect interplay of air preparation and air guidance provides you with the best possible drying result.

Interface: Airgenex® Dehumidification Technology / Dryer – Moist air is extracted from the drying chamber and supplied to the dehumidification unit.

The pre-cooler pre-cools the air in a first stage. This significantly reduces the compressor’s energy consumption.

Moisture condenses on the fins of the air cooler and drains out of the drying system via the drip tray and condensate drain.

The cooled, dehumidified air is warmed up without additional energy by means of a pre-heater.
The air heater warms the air to the required process temperature.

The process air fan ensures the necessary air exchange between the Airgenex® dehumidification technology and the drying chamber.

Now, the dry, unsaturated air is guided into the drying chamber, where it absorbs the product’s moisture. Thus, the cycle is closed.
