The dry process air is directed through the drying room and reaches all layers on the trays. This prevents over- or under-drying and ensures a homogeneous result over the entire batch.

Drying at moderate temperatures protects sensitive materials and surfaces. Water stains, warping or material stress are avoided – the product quality remains consistently high.

Whether flat components, small parts in baskets or mixed loads – the cabinet dryer adapts to your handling. Compartment heights and insertion positions can be adapted to the product and quantity.

The closed air circuit with heat pump and heat recovery significantly reduces energy consumption and ensures a room climate-independent process – for stable results and low operating costs.

Scalable for growing capacities
If required, a defined cooling can take place after drying – directly in the system, without additional equipment. This simplifies subsequent process steps and saves space.
Data acquisition and recipe management are available on request. Temperature, humidity and time can be saved as a recipe and recalled again and again for reproducible results.
In the technical center, temperature, humidity, time, air velocity and volume flow are determined for your product. On this basis, we configure your system – precisely tailored to the material, geometry and target residual moisture.
The Process

We dry with dry air and deliver it to the right places: A perfect interplay of air preparation and air guidance provides you with the best possible drying result.

Interface: Airgenex® Dehumidification Technology / Dryer – Moist air is extracted from the drying chamber and supplied to the dehumidification unit.

The pre-cooler pre-cools the air in a first stage. This significantly reduces the compressor’s energy consumption.

Moisture condenses on the fins of the air cooler and drains out of the drying system via the drip tray and condensate drain.

The cooled, dehumidified air is warmed up without additional energy by means of a pre-heater.
The air heater warms the air to the required process temperature.

The process air fan ensures the necessary air exchange between the Airgenex® dehumidification technology and the drying chamber.

Now, the dry, unsaturated air is guided into the drying chamber, where it absorbs the product’s moisture. Thus, the cycle is closed.
