Our chamber dryers adapt optimally to your production: They are individually designed to meet your trolleys, baskets, and process requirements. On request, we supply the complete solution including custom-made loading units. This allows you to integrate the dryer smoothly into your existing infrastructure.
Thanks to the Airgenex® technology, drying takes place in the range of 30 °C to 75 °C. This low-temperature drying avoids material stress, protects sensitive surfaces, and delivers consistently high-quality results – ideal for demanding products.
The drying of packaged bulk material is a challenge that our chamber dryers master with ease. A combination of extremely dry air and targeted air guidance ensures homogeneous results even with large volumes and difficult geometries.
Whether food, pharmaceutical products, plastic components, or sensitive components: Temperature and time can be individually adjusted to the product. The batch operation enables maximum control with changing applications.
The Airgenex® technology is based on a physical principle that is also suitable for cooling. This allows drying and cooling processes to be combined, saving space and resources.
In contrast to continuous dryers, there is no need to separate the products. Pallets can be dried directly, the carryover of water is prevented, and noise emissions are significantly reduced.
In our technical center, we determine the optimal process parameters for your application. Based on this data, we jointly develop your ideal drying solution.
The Process

We dry with dry air and deliver it to the right places: A perfect interplay of air preparation and air guidance provides you with the best possible drying result.

Interface: Airgenex® Dehumidification Technology / Dryer – Moist air is extracted from the drying chamber and supplied to the dehumidification unit.

The pre-cooler pre-cools the air in a first stage. This significantly reduces the compressor’s energy consumption.

Moisture condenses on the fins of the air cooler and drains out of the drying system via the drip tray and condensate drain.

The cooled, dehumidified air is warmed up without additional energy by means of a pre-heater.
The air heater warms the air to the required process temperature.

The process air fan ensures the necessary air exchange between the Airgenex® dehumidification technology and the drying chamber.

Now, the dry, unsaturated air is guided into the drying chamber, where it absorbs the product’s moisture. Thus, the cycle is closed.
