HARTER Oberflächen- und Umwelttechnik GmbH is founded in Lindenberg by Roland Harter and Reinhold Specht.

Development of the M2 sludge drying systems.

Development of the HARTER Airgenex® drying system. Development of the M1 and M5 sludge drying systems.

The first drying systems with Airgenex® technology are successfully put into operation.

Company founder Roland Harter dies on October 30 at the age of 40.

The first system is sold to Asia, expanding the sales market there.

HARTER is on a consistent growth path: The plant in Harbatshofen is opened. First attempts in the field of water lacquer drying.

The metal processing department is set up in-house.

HARTER receives the certificate for fulfilling the quality management standards ISO EN 9001.

The 300th Airgenex® drying system is delivered. Department for plastics production is set up in-house.

The 600th Drymex® sludge drying system is delivered. First scientific investigations in the field of CO₂ savings.

Introduction of AIRGENEX®med–drying process for the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.

HARTER celebrates its twentieth anniversary.

Construction of a new production hall, thus tripling the factory premises.

The first drying systems in the food sector are realized – AIRGENEX®food is launched on the market.

Energy-saving continuous dryer with cooling function for vials after sterilization.

25 years of drying system construction! We proudly look back on a quarter of a century of successful company history.

Change of name of “Harter Oberflächen- und Umwelttechnik GmbH” to “Harter GmbH”. With this step, we will better meet the needs of our new industries – pharmaceuticals, medical technology, food and packaging.

The new H01 food dryer is launched. A series device with a multifunctional trolley for high-quality batches.

The small version of the H01 – the H01compact – for product development, tests and laboratories.

Pioneer project: Drying of medicinal cannabis

Market launch of the UTcompact watch dryer for variable use for racks and baskets.

With the construction of the third hall, HARTER is expanding its production capacities by 15,000 square meters at the Stiefenhofen site.
