We continue to expand our team to meet the steadily rising demand for our dryers. Four new colleagues – one woman and three men – bring in their qualifications and motivation to bolster our Quality, Controlling and Sales.
Philip Wolf (left) has a degree in business administration and is responsible for Harter’s Controlling. His duties include financial and performance management and well as quality management.
Patrick Steib (2nd from left) is a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He started co-ordinating international sales in June 2021. His function is to liaise with our global surfaces / sludge drying sales partners and also to directly respond to prospective customers in non-German speaking countries.
Since the beginning of this year, Belinda Gramsch (2nd from right) has supported the surfaces / sludge drying section of our sales office in coping with their diverse work. Her MBA degree and professional experience in sales & marketing are an excellent contribution to the team.
This applies also to Jonas List (right). Before changing to Sales, he worked in the metal shop for two years where he familiarized himself with the specific details of our dryers. Once he has become acquainted with the workings of the sales office, he will support Reinhold Specht in the Germany – Austria – Switzerland field sales.
