Reliable Drying after Rinsing

Electropolished sieves for dishwashers are not easy to dry due to their geometry. A metal finisher, in whose system a hot air dryer was integrated, had to learn this. The investment in a heat pump condensation dryer brought significant improvements. Today, the sieves are completely and reliably dried in 8 minutes at approx. 60-70 °C. The power consumption of the drying system with integrated air knife is approx. 13 kW.
