After last year’s postponement due to corona, Anuga Foodtech was able to take place from 26 to 29 April 2002 with virtually no restrictions. Our stand, where we were able to demonstrate our drying technology live on an H01 chamber dryer, was very well attended throughout the four days of the fair. Numerous new contacts from Germany and abroad, but also existing customers, visited our stand and had good discussions. It became clear that our energy-saving condensation drying system based on heat pumps is attracting a lot of interest, especially in these times of high energy prices.
