They prefer to use organic and local materials such as hand scythed hay from alpine pastures, lavender, rose petals, peppermint, wool, moss and recently also apple pomace dried using Harter technology by fruit press company Obstpresse Bramberg in co-operation with cultural heritage club Tauriska. The operators of Obstpresse Bramberg have now created two unique products – apple pomace powder for nutrition and for natural surfaces in homes. Pretty innovative, aren’t they?
