For the Swiss Schneider Galvano, a highly specialized plating contractor, it was essential to have process capable of drying at low temperature. Their drying temperature is 60 °C. All their parts, regardless of size and geometry, are dried completely, reliably and stain-free withing 15 minutes cycle time. The rack drier includes four fans producing a volumetric flow rate of 24,000 m³/h. The drier also features an automatic lid system that keeps the precious heat inside the system. The rated power of the drier in production operation is 6.8 kW.
