Fitting manufacturer HANSA replaced their previous hot air dryers with new technology for drying their decorative and innovative products. Items are now dried in three rack dryers including customized recirculation fans. Drying is gentle, at 70 °C, and the items leave the system completely dry and stain-free within the cycle time given. An automatic lid system, insulation, the use of existing hot water and the heat pump integrated in the dryer ensure that the system saves very much energy. The rated power of the total system in production operation is about 29 kW.
